At Healer Labs London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Healer Labs London tags are still attached and the garment is in its original condition.

  Ship to Our Studio

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
